SPONSOR: The sponsor of this contest is Perio, Inc. d/b/a Barbasol. Universal Pictures Marketing, a division of Universal Film Exchanges LLC (“Universal”) is not a sponsor or administrator of the contest. Participants are providing information to Perio, Inc. and not to Universal.

CONTEST PERIOD: The contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on May 1, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 1, 2022 (the "Contest Period").

PRIZES: Prizes will be a glamping weekend, an adventure gear bundle, or a catered house party. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of entries received. The estimated retail value of the prize is between $4,250 and $4,400. Winners are responsible for any and all related taxes and other expenses related to claiming any of the prizes. Taxes (federal, state and local, and any foreign) and other obligations are solely the responsibility of the winners.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected by random drawing by July 8, 2022. All decisions regarding prize awards will be made by Perio, Inc. and are final and binding.

ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Perio, Inc. are not eligible to participate. There is a limit of one (1) entry per household. Perio, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by Perio, Inc. in its sole discretion.

GENERAL TERMS: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of a prize to a third party is permitted, and prize may not be redeemed for cash value (unless at the sole discretion of Perio, Inc.). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the judges.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via email. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize following completion of notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Perio, Inc. assumes no responsibility for computer or communications errors or any incorrect or inaccurate information. Perio, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of the terms and conditions of the website. Perio, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and determine the winner from entries received prior to the action taken.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Perio, Inc., shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction.
