Barbasol Shaving Cream & Razor Online Orders

Barbasol Shave Club Subscription

If your inquiry is regarding a Shave Club subscription, we’d be happy to assist by emailing askbarbasol@barbasol.com.

 

Product Quality Concern

For inquiries about a product purchased in store, please email  askbarbasol@barbasol.com with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Product UPC
    • 12 Digit barcode number printed on the package or can

  • Production code
    • Razor and Cartridge Refills: Printed on the back of the package; ends with STB.
    • Aerosol Shaving Cream: Printed on the bottom of the can.

    • Non-Aerosol Shaving Cream: Imprinted within the crimp at the top of the tube.

    • After Shave: Printed below the label on the back of panel.

Any products claimed as defective/faulty must be retained in order to be considered for replacement.
